Privacy: what this site keeps

Short version: as little as possible. No email addresses, no adverts, no tracking, and nobody has to give a real name.

The short version (for George and his friends)

  • Use a nickname, not your real name. Never put your school, address or phone number on here.
  • Don't use a password you use anywhere else.
  • High scores can be seen by anyone.
  • Not sure about something? Ask a grown-up first.

What gets saved

On your own device

Your game progress, coins, settings and how your player looks are kept in your browser. They stay on your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

High scores

If you type a name after a game, the name, your score, which game it was and the time are saved online and shown to everyone on the Top scores and Latest scores pages. Names are checked for rude words, but please use a nickname.

Your login (optional)

If you choose "Save my progress", the site keeps the username you pick, a scrambled version of your password (nobody can read it) and a copy of your game progress so it follows you to other devices. There is no email address. If you forget your password, a grown-up has to reset it.

Ask the Coach

When you ask the Coach to explain a SATs question, that question and your answer are sent to an AI helper to write the explanation. No name or device details are sent.

Football predictions

Only a grown-up with the PIN can add or change predictions. Visitors can only read them.

Other websites and services

  • The site is delivered by Cloudflare, and scores and logins are stored with Supabase. Like any website, they can see the internet address of a device that visits.
  • A few features show things from other services: dog pictures, word meanings, a daily bit of advice, music clips, and space and football information. When a page asks one of them directly, that service can also see the visitor's internet address.
  • There are no adverts, no tracking or analytics cookies and no social media buttons.

Getting something removed

To have a high score, a login or saved progress deleted, ask the grown-up who runs this site, George's dad. He can remove it from the database. There is no email address on this site on purpose, so ask in person or through whoever shared the link with you.
